These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LawNation website and Services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

LawNation provides technology-assisted document drafting, e-stamping coordination, notary coordination, and digital-signature facilitation for rent agreements and related documents. LawNation is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Documents are generated based on the information you provide and standard templates; you are responsible for reviewing the final document for accuracy before relying on it. For matters requiring legal advice, please consult a licensed advocate.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law to use our Services. By submitting a form, you confirm that all information provided (including Aadhaar and property details) is accurate and belongs to you or the party you are authorised to represent.

Pricing for each agreement is calculated based on the stamp duty value you select, our service charge, and any optional add-ons (such as notary service) you choose. The final amount is displayed before payment. Stamp duty amounts are set by the respective state government and may change without notice.

All payments are processed through our third-party payment partner, Cashfree Payments. LawNation does not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's applicable terms for payment processing.

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including Aadhaar details and property/tenancy terms.
• Ensure you have the legal right to enter into the agreement being drafted.
• Review the generated document carefully before signing, notarising, or acting on it.
• Keep any account or order confirmation details confidential.

The LawNation website, branding, templates, and underlying technology are the property of LawNation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your completed agreement document is yours to use for its intended purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawNation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to delays caused by government e-stamping portals, third-party notary services, or incorrect information supplied by the user. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold LawNation harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of inaccurate information you provided, or your misuse of the Services or the documents generated through them.

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services for any user who violates these Terms, provides fraudulent information, or misuses the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida / Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
